053. Model Sheet: Misty Ver. 1

This is my forty-fifth submission at my attempt at looneytunerian's Pokeshipping 100 Theme Challenge.

53. Model Sheet: Misty Ver. 1
Taking the time to be accurate for Misty's model sheet made me realize that I was slightly inaccurate in places. Not so much her outfit, but her hair. It is actually a lot longer than I had thought, at least in a screencap of her from "The Princess and the Togepi Part 1" it was.

As for what else I could say about this theme, nothing much really. I'm not that confident in how I drew her anatomy, and the labels at the top are probably a bit askew to Ash's model sheet... but other than that, I have nothing to say.

Well, maybe one thing. ;) I'm much more satisfied with her feet than I am with Ash's. With drawing feet from a backside perspective, you have to take into consideration how a person's feet face. Are they duck-footed or pigeon-toed? And even if they have perfectly aligned feet, there's still the fact that toes lay out wider than the heels. So, you still have to draw the front part of the feet even if they're just barely visible. That doesn't mean I'm redoing my model sheets for Ash (god help me if I do), but it's something I'll have to remember for the future. :)
