This is the forty-ninth submission for my attempt at looneytunerian's Pokeshipping 100 Theme Challenge.

23. How to Draw Misty Version 1
If you're keeping count, this is the second-to-last tutorial left on the theme challenge. Meaning that soon (at least within the year), I will have gotten through the toughest themes for me. Legitimately, these tutorial themes (and the model sheet themes) are so tough for me purely because of the work I have to put in. With the model sheets, it was the repeated drawing in 3 different shots. With the tutorials, it's the photos and the writing... and that's just putting it lightly. Unfortunately, my digital camera isn't the best, so I end up having to retake quite a few photos before getting it not blurry ('just right' would be too much of a miracle). Also, my writing is not the best (if you can tell) and I have a terrible time trying to do so when there are other noises going on around me (i.e. TVs, online videos, songs with vocals, etc.). So, getting through a 17-step tutorial of writing ends up taking me the better half of a day... and I really hate it.
Okay, enough of my ranting, let's talk about the fact that this is the 49th theme I've worked on total! 8D 49! I'm just about to hit the actual halfway point! Isn't that amazing? Especially given the fact that it's taken me the better part of (at least) 2 years to get this far?? I know I'm shocked. Mostly about the time that's passed since starting this theme challenge. I shouldn't be surprised but the stunned sensation is still there. ^_^;; So, yeah. Also, I want to apologize for the lousy photography. It seems that my camera could only focus on the drawing when I started doing the darker pencil lines. So, sometimes when I was just drawing the guidelines, I had to focus the shot on a completed sketch from one of the other tutorials before slowly moving it over to the actual subject. It was pretty annoying. ^_^;;
Anyway, I don't really have much else to say about this that I haven't already said in the actual tutorial. So, here's hoping this tutorial (and the other one) aren't the worst thing out there! I know, I am not suited for teaching. ^_^;; Thank goodness I never thought to try it out.
