Here it is, Shangri-La has come! Isn't it beautiful? 8D I know I'm happy about it! Seriously, look at those colors and how they're so crisp and clean and the shading isn't overly done (like mine sometimes)! I love, love, love, love, luuuuurv it!
So, 3 cheers for LylyRin! For doing an amazing job with my lineart! 0 30
And not sure I mentioned this, but the pants Akane (hairbow) is wearing are overalls. That's why there's those front strap/tassels hanging out from under the hoodie. I know, it probably wasn't necessary to tell anyone that, but just in case there was at least someone who was confused or curious. :) Oh yeah! The shoes are the only things I left to their original owners. I think my reasoning for it was that even if a grown man can (forcibly) put on a 16-year-old Japanese girl's school uniform, you can't fit feet in shoes that are way too small. Also, the idea of army boots paired with a school uniform was hilarious. XD And amazing. A solid display of rebellion from a more form-fitting person mayhap. XP (Like another Japanese teenager, I mean.)
Oh oh oh, and just to clear up anything that someone might be wondering, my girls aren't blood-related to each other. They're childhood friends but not sisters. I know, I didn't make them look different enough, but I blame my art style not being too much a varient. So, yeah, blame my ability for any confusion. 8D
So, see ya next time (which, hopefully, won't be 3 months from now)! :D
