This is the seventy-sixth submission for my attempt at looneytunerian's Pokeshipping Theme Challenge.
9. What If: Ash & Misty Became the Bridge Bike Gang Leaders?
"Maybe if we distract them, we can make a quick escape into Sunnytown?"
"Yeah but what should be our distraction? We can't leave Brock here, so he's out."
"Let's just try to think of something before they hear us."
"Pika~"
My answer to this theme is that Ash & Misty would try to get out of being the leaders ASAP. For one, having to run an entire gang would be more hassle than it's worth, not to mention that their journey would probably go a lot slower with having more than just their usual 3-man team. Now, obviously, they could just be upfront about what they want to these guys and the gang might not take too much offense to it... but I feel as if the kids would be afraid of making these gang members angry. Thus, there needs to be a (reasonable) plan for getting out of this responsibility! (And I know, having Misty insinuate that Brock could be a decoy is quite cold-hearted, but I wanted to reference him since I drew him into the picture and all.)
Also, if you're wondering why such an odd background, I wanted to emulate what I'd been doing for the previous "What If" themes and used a couple of textures I saved to my computer some years ago. (Was it years? Gah, that makes me feel old.) In fact, I saved them so long ago that it's actually a mental exercise to remember who originally made them and find them if the folder naming isn't obvious. (I saved them as they were originally labeled, y'see.) So, I hope y'all don't mind me taking what can be considered an easy way out. ^_^;;
Aside from that, I don't really have anything else to say. I guess all I have is "Let's move on to the next one!" ^_^
